Pettrove is a local-first app that puts your privacy first. We do not collect, upload, or sell any of your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Pettrove does not actively collect, upload, or analyze your data. There is no third-party analytics or advertising SDK in the app, and no account or login is required.

2. Local Storage

All data you create — pet profiles, care reminders, weight entries, medical records, photos, and expenses — is stored locally on your device by default. Unless you choose to export or sync it, your data does not leave your device.

3. iCloud Sync

If you turn on iCloud, your data is synced across your own devices through Apple iCloud / CloudKit using your personal Apple Account. This data resides in your private iCloud database; the developer cannot access it.

4. Family Sharing

You may optionally invite family members to track the same pet together. Shared data flows through Apple's CloudKit sharing between the participants' Apple Accounts. It is not sent to or stored on any server operated by the developer.

5. Camera and Photos

You can add photos to a pet's avatar or medical records by taking a photo with the camera or selecting from your photo library. Photos are used only for your records and are stored locally on your device or in your own iCloud.

6. Notifications

If you enable care reminders, the app uses iOS local notifications to alert you on the due date. Notification content is generated on your device and does not require a server.

7. In-App Purchases

Pettrove Pro is a one-time purchase processed by the Apple App Store. We do not receive your bank card, payment account, or other payment credentials.

8. Data Export

If you export your records (CSV / PDF) or a full archive, the exported file is created and shared by you. Please keep exported files secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes to This Policy

If future versions add new features, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
