Subscription Ledger respects your privacy. The app is designed to minimize data collection and keep your subscription data on your device by default.

1. Data We Collect

Subscription Ledger does not actively collect, upload, or analyze your subscription records.

Subscription names, amounts, billing dates, payment methods, notes, and related information you create in the app are stored locally on your device.

The app uses iOS local storage to save your subscription data. Unless you choose to export it, your data does not leave your device.

If you enable renewal reminders, the app uses iOS local notifications to remind you before a billing date.

Notification content is generated locally on your device and does not require a server.

Pro purchases are processed by Apple App Store. We do not receive your bank card, payment account, or other payment credentials.

If you use CSV export, the exported file is created and shared by you. Please keep exported files secure.

The current version does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, AI services, or our own server.

The app is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not knowingly collect children’s data.

If future versions add iCloud sync, crash analytics, or other features, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
