Frequently Asked Questions
Can Subscription Ledger automatically read my real subscriptions?
No. Subscription Ledger does not read your Apple ID subscriptions or access third-party platform accounts. You manually add the subscriptions you want to track.
Can Subscription Ledger cancel my subscriptions?
No. The app is for tracking and reminders only. It cannot cancel subscriptions for you. Please cancel subscriptions through the relevant platform or Apple ID subscription settings.
Will my data be uploaded to a server?
No. The current version has no account system and no self-hosted server. Your subscription records are stored locally on your device by default.
Why am I not receiving reminders?
Please check whether notifications are allowed, reminders are enabled for the subscription, and the reminder time has not already passed.
What happens if I change devices after purchasing Pro?
Use the same Apple ID and tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings.
