Are photos uploaded to a server?

No. Face detection, text detection, manual redaction, rendering, and metadata removal are processed locally on your device in the current version.

Why does the app request Photos permission?

The app requests add-only Photos permission only when you choose to save a processed image to your photo library.

What if automatic detection misses something?

Automatic detection is assistive and cannot guarantee complete coverage. You can manually add, adjust, enable, or disable redaction regions before exporting.

What does SafeShare Photo Pro include?

SafeShare Photo Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks batch processing, HD JPEG export, PNG export, reusable redaction templates, license plate assistance, and adjustable redaction intensity.
