Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of SafeShare. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SafeShare on devices associated with your Apple ID, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos you process and for what you do with them. Use the app only on images you have the right to use, and respect the privacy and rights of other people who appear in them.

3. Redaction Is Best-Effort

Automatic detection of faces, text and license plates is provided on a best-effort basis and may miss regions or cover more than intended. Always review the result carefully before sharing. Once an image leaves your device, redaction cannot be undone.

4. In-App Purchases

SafeShare Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks advanced redaction features and batch processing. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. All purchases, restorations and refunds are processed by Apple and are governed by the Apple Media Services Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The app's code, design, text and trademarks are owned by the developer. You keep all rights to your own photos and to the images you export.

6. Reviews and Feedback

You are welcome to rate or review SafeShare on the App Store. Any review you publish there is subject to Apple's terms and is visible to the public; please keep it lawful and respectful. Feedback you send us by email may be used to improve the app, without any obligation to you or compensation.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that detection will be complete or accurate in every image, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including any disclosure of information that was not redacted.

9. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the app. If you breach this agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your right to use the app.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by mandatory local laws of your place of residence.
